I worked extensively across the organisation. I led as a Sergeant and Inspector Neighbourhood Community Teams, in Cirencester, Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucester and Cheltenham (as the Neighbourhood Inspector during the COVID outbreak of 2020). I have also worked within Child and Public Protection on several occasions as a Detective and Detective Sergeant, allowing me to contribute to protecting vulnerable young people and making generational changes.

I am proud of my work, building and developing relationships with Statutory and Voluntary sector partners to make our communities safer and to deliver sustainable solutions, sharing resources and celebrating our successes.

• Handled high-pressure situations, maintained calm and control during crises.

• Ensured public safety by conducting regular patrols and monitoring crime hotspots.

• Managing Operational resource availability across the Constabulary to manage day-to-day, significant spontaneous events and planned operations (ie. Cheltenham Races, the Royal International Air Tattoo and Summer Demand Period).
• Maintain a clear understanding of projected demand around finite resources.
• Build relationships with departmental leads as to methods to support their core delivery but also meet the wider organisational demands.

• Liaised effectively with various stakeholders (voluntary and statutory) to deliver collaborative community responses to core issues.
• Work with partners to respond to the COVID pandemic of 2020, supporting community safety and partners meeting extraordinary demand upon resources.
• Support key community events within the Cheltenham area, namely the Cheltenham Races working with the Race course and local community and retail leaders.
• Delivering response to anti-social behaviour issues, especially to protect the vulnerable within the local community.
