I have worked in the property and construction sector for over 40 years.
After training I worked in a specialist property tax business from 1987 and became an equity partner in 1995.
The company was purchased by Davis Langdon who at the time were the largest cost consultants globally.
I became one of 72 equity partners in the business
In 2010 Aecom purchased Davis Langdon and I headed up the Banking Tax and Finance team that ultimately became property solutions
My main role was to sell the specialist services to mainstream clients and grow the business.
I felt like in 2023 I had taken this as far as I can and am looking for a new challenge in running another specialist services team within a national practice.

In September 2010 when AECOM purchased Davis Langdon I pulled together a number of teams to form a Property Solutions group.
Over the next 13 years I grew the team from around 100 to 130 property professionals supporting commercial property companies in specialist including tax services and technical due diligence.
I sat on the leadership board of the Project Management business of which we were part.
Created business plans and strategies to offer the specialist services within Aecom to clients across the business.
