I work at a selection of vaccination centres including Queen Zlizabeth hospital ,Millennium point, Villa Park and edgebaston cricket ground as a enabler.My role is to ask patients a select set of questions with a vaccinator to make sure there personal details are correct before informing the vaccinator to administer the jab.

During quiet periods I worked in our own NHS warehouse picking medical supplies requested by hospitals,surgeries and GP practices and then delivered the supplies to there destination.

I also met and greeted the public on reception and marshalled any Ques for the vaccinations in a orderly fashion with my work colleagues.

• My responsibilities were managing a team of 3 hygiene supervisors across 3 shifts in a pool of 38 staff in a sometimes high-pressured food environment in order to pass internal and external audits. This included the cleaning and inspection of all machinery, lines, belts and the site in general.
• Reported on accidents and investigated incidents to protect staff safety.
• My responsibilities include the process of payroll, dealing with all on site day to day enquiries and any AD-Hoc client requests.
• I attended regular health and safety meetings and along with my staff implemented any new procedures.
• I dealt with any disciplinary and staff issues as and when they arose working closely with Employee relations to resolve all issues until conclusion.
