- Spent time working with the community protection team observing various aspects of the work of the department. This included: undertaking risk assessments, demonstrating an awareness of risk management; obtaining air quality monitoring data, which was used to produce reports to inform decision making and partaking in noise nuisance investigations, in which I assisted in dealing with customer queries and complaints. All of the above required me to carry out duties with inaccordance with legal standards and policies.
