- Determined & Tenacious: In order to engage with work experience opportunities in the Sixth Form, policy change was needed Undertaking work experience during the school day was unprecedented, I had to make formal proposals and meet with key staff to make this change, as a result being the first pupil to do this at Embley This shows my tenacity to achieve, and the energy and determination which I have for the field, which I would love to continue to develop
