With over a year’s experience within the organisation and recently promoted to a Senior position, I bring a solid background in customer service, team management and administration, alongside a strong understanding of internal processes and member needs.
I have played a key role in supporting the business through challenging periods, including high-demand and understaffed phases, as well as the implementation of a new CRM system. Additionally, my role has involved regular communication with external stakeholders, alongside training and supporting both new and existing team members.
