  • I am currently working as a Team Leader for a company that specialises in managing Shopping Centres throughout the UK. I am responsible for four members of staff, reporting directly to the Director of Accounts.
  • Since joining MKAML my role has been quite varied. As well as the day to day running of the Client Accounting team, I am responsible for setting up all new portfolios on our systems (APB & Horizon). I also deal with the handover of old portfolios to the new agents.
  • I have recently been involved in a project setting up Service Charge Cash Reconciliations for all of the properties that MK manage, which was challenging but also very rewarding once the reconciliations balanced!
