Summary

I am a compassionate and dedicated nurse who is passionate in ensuring patients wishes are met in their palliative journey. I have experience in palliative and end of life care due to my community nursing experience. I communicate with patients and relatives/loved ones effectively and provide support due to the sensitive nature of some discussions.

Due to my community nursing experience I am able to work independently however I also work well within the team and aware of the importance of the MDT to ensure patients receive high quality care and have all services involved to keep them comfortable and settled at home.

I am willing to learn and develop new skills and further develop my knowledge to better patient care and my own understanding.
