Inputting orders into register, calculated bills and collected payments. Completed end-of-day cleanup to reset bar for next day. Always Followed food safety and hygiene requirements to protect guests and myself. Preparing ingredients and garnishes for cocktails and signature bar drinks.

Whilst working in this 4* resort I had many day to day responsibilities which included: Inventories, general bar Preparation, Cleaning work areas, Making signature cocktails. Meeting the needs and expectations on all guests who were staying at the report. Great Front of house and providing fantastic customer service to make all guests stays memorable.


My main role at Jolly beach was a bartender however I was also trained in other areas which included Wine Training, Waiter service, A La Carte Dining. I was also trained in food handling and food safety standards.


Within my experience at Jolly Beach I was entered in to the local Bartending competition which I won first place for my signature cocktails back in 2011. I was also runner up in 2009. I gained lots of experience and knowledge whilst working there.

    I won the most innovative Bartender of the Year award back in 2011 at Jolly Beach Resort. This was a great accomplishment for me and boosted my creditability across the island. I was also featured in the newspaper for this award.
