Keeping customers satisfied with timely service delivery was a daily role for me. I Provided many menu suggestions based on knowledge of the popular items within the establishment.

Inputting orders into register, calculated bills and collected payments. Completed end-of-day cleanup to reset bar for next day. Always Followed food safety and hygiene requirements to protect guests and myself. Preparing ingredients and garnishes for cocktails and signature bar drinks.

I always supported serving staff with fast accurate beverage preparation. Being part of a team in very important to me. I always welcomed guests with a friendly conversation and bring fun atmosphere to their visits making their experience satisfying.

I Maintained cleanliness of the bar area by regular sweeping and mopping. Liaised with kitchen service staff to ensure maximum efficiency in cleanliness and availability of glassware.

I Adapted swiftly to new cocktail recipes, enhancing menu variety and participated in weekly inventory checks for accurate stock management.

On a day to day basis I Prepared cocktails, draughts, and mixed drinks to meet customer tastes. Increased upselling success rate by learning about various drink profiles and preferences. I always have a creative mind and reimagined cocktail menu, introducing new creations that became top sellers within the resort

I always Enhanced customer experience by suggesting food pairings with beverages. Assisting in stock control, reducing waste and ensuring availability of supplies.

I always demonstrated professionalism and patience whilst dealing with difficult customers. This is one of my main strong points I love to build great rapport with the customers.

I Responded swiftly to requests for porter services from various departments within the hospital I Greeted all visitors warmly, promoting welcoming atmosphere. Enhanced patient experience by providing timely transport of meals within healthcare facilities. I Observed safety regulations during all porter duties, ensuring a secure environment.

I Ensured smooth operation by maintaining stock of supplies in work areas. I also worked alongside a dietician to help the patients manage their dietary needs.

Whilst working in this 4* resort I had many day to day responsibilities which included: Inventories, general bar Preparation, Cleaning work areas, Making signature cocktails. Meeting the needs and expectations on all guests who were staying at the report. Great Front of house and providing fantastic customer service to make all guests stays memorable.

My main role at Jolly beach was a bartender however I was also trained in other areas which included Wine Training, Waiter service, A La Carte Dining. I was also trained in food handling and food safety standards.

Within my experience at Jolly Beach I was entered in to the local Bartending competition which I won first place for my signature cocktails back in 2011. I was also runner up in 2009. I gained lots of experience and knowledge whilst working there.
