December 2023 - Present, gym, I started going to the gym back in December 2023 and its become something that i still do to this day. I finally decided to start after months of considering it, due to my body being out of shape. I wanted to not only lose weight to gain confidence in myself but also to improve my everyday abilities such as stamina. I now enjoy going to the gym 3-4 days a week doing a variety of different workouts from weight lifting to high intensity cardio.
