• Developing effective and accurate forecast of UK packs for 12 months horizon, mitigating the risks caused by fluctuating parallel import trends, supply interruptions, regulatory/legislative change & UKMC commercial strategy.
• Data preparation and presentation for S&OP monthly reviews.
• Managing continuous availability of AstraZeneca products to UK patients and distribution of products across the UK network.
• Liaising with AstraZeneca Global Logistics Function and 3rd party Logistics Service Providers.
• Managing daily and weekly replenishment of orders to distributors.

Achievements:

• In 2014 Google acquired Nest Labs and in 2019 Nest was merged into Google's hardware division directly alongside units such as Google Home and Chromecast. I was hired to manage Nest integration into Google entity, which was successfully completed in 2020.

• Direct lead responsibility to daily and weekly interactions with the largest Samsung Electronics account in the UK - Currys, which generated 40% of total Samsung TV sales revenue.
• Managing Factory Direct orders and deliveries based on JIT model for Currys.
• Liaising with commercial team and Currys buyers on sell-out and forecast.
• Updating sales progress and estimation based on demand and production plan.
• Demonstrating future intake proposal for the channel based on PSI analysis.
• Liaising with HQ regarding product availability, forecasting timing, new SKU code set ups and mapping in SAP, production and shipment date.
• Liaising with 3rd party logistics company regarding inbound/outbound including securement of booking slots.
• Working closely with manufacturing plans based in EU on start of production, lead times improvement and production issues.

Achievements:

• Direct TV shipments to Currys achieved by 82% for 1H in 2018. This led UK subsidiary to take 1st place in Europe.
• Increased forecast accuracy to over 80% from below 50%.

• Managed the end-to-end supply chain for body and skincare products across nine international locations, optimizing supplier relationships, inventory management, ERP implementation, product development, market launches, and compliance with UK suppliers while ensuring high-quality standards and cost optimization.
