Rafferty O'Rourke

I am an Irish national with Portuguese residency, living in the Algarve, for more than 3 years. I was educated full-time at Eton College in Windsor. My education has given in me a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, making me a great candidate for a position at The Shack Restaurant.

While studying at Eton College, I gained valuable experience in hospitality. I worked on Harley Street in the UK, where I served Champagnes, teas, and coffees to guests. This job required high standards of service and attention to detail. Additionally, I worked in other high-end lounges during the summer holidays, where I developed my skills in providing excellent customer service in busy environments.

My background in high-end service, combined with my education, gives me confidence in my ability to contribute positively and take good care of all the customers at The Shack Restaurant. Being Irish with an English education helps me understand what customers expect, allowing me to provide excellent service that encourages them to return time and time again. I am highly motivated and excited about bringing my experience to The Shack Restaurant and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
