At Ibbidi I am a key holder so I am responsible for opening & closing the shop, cashing up, photographing items for the website/social media, unpacking deliveries & merchandising new stock & training new staff members. My main aim is to give outstanding customer service, I like to treat customers the way I would like to be treated myself. I have built a good relationship with many customers, some of which just come in to say hello but end up spending money.

I set up Wixy during lockdown after teaching myself how to make candles. I sold my candles,

tea lights, wax melts, reed diffusers on a website I created, via instagram, local markets. From my Instagram I also gained some amazing stockists - The Rye Retreat, Macknade Farm Shop,

Ibbidi Bobbidi Boo, Koop Aesthetics & Beauty & Chapel Down.

At Brakes I was part of a small admin team to a large call centre and also worked as a receptionist. My main tasks were placing orders for hundreds of schools to large hotel groups, communicating to depots, chefs & delivery drivers.
