Rachael Flower

I am a goal-driven and hardworking individual with a keen enthusiasm for technology, production and Film and TV. I have a positive attitude towards all aspects of learning and I am always eager to develop new skills and techniques. Through my previous work experience, I have developed very strong customer service and teamwork skills which would make me a valuable asset. As a St. John Ambulance cadet, I have adopted vital decision-making skills, the ability to communicate accurately with a team, the resilience to work well under pressure as well as first aid training. My time at West Herts College has taught me a variety of digital and industry skills that can be transferred to many different areas of media production.
