As lead neuro critical care pharmacist, I have developed a SOP for prescribing process on neurosurgical critical care during admission and discharge 2023.

As part of Infusion Device Working Group (IDWG), I continuously update Fresenius infusion pump profiles and supervised trainee pharmacist for project “Use of Drug X on Fresenius Infusion Pumps” in 2025.

• Conducted audit on Metaraminol use in critical care, ensuring compliance with updated guidelines, 2020.
• Reviewed and revised guidelines for Post-Operative Nausea and Vomiting, Metaraminol, and Vasopressin.
• Completed foundation training pack in critical care, advancing towards higher-level qualifications.
• Customised Metavision (prescribing system used in critical care) to integrate new drug profiles seamlessly.
• Delivered teaching session on 'Introduction to Critical Care' for resident pharmacists as Band 6 diploma tutor for Bradford University.

• Rotated across specialty wards, including respiratory, paediatrics, gastrointestinal, cardiology, care for the elderly and surgery, to enhance clinical experience.
• Delivered IV administration training for nursing staff to ensure safe practices.
