Summary

am an ambitious, hardworking and organised professional with Qualified Teacher Status and a strong commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people. I am particularly passionate about supporting vulnerable pupils and ensuring that all children, regardless of their background or circumstances, have access to high-quality education and opportunities that enable them to achieve their full potential. Throughout my career in education, I have developed extensive experience working within school environments to support pupil progress, attainment and wellbeing. I take pride in being highly organised and meticulous in my work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. My experience has enabled me to develop strong problem-solving skills, the confidence to build positive professional relationships and the ability to use data to inform practice and drive improvement. In my role as a teacher/ year lead, and through my previous experience working in marketing, I have developed the ability to analyse information, communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve shared goals. I am confident working with colleagues, carers and external professionals to support children’s educational development and to ensure that appropriate interventions are in place to remove barriers to learning.
