Rachel Sadler

I am an energetic and compassionate qualified teacher with 16 years of experience teaching across the primary age range using the British curriculum. I have worked in multicultural schools, supporting children from diverse backgrounds, including those with no English, to develop confidence and language skills. Dedicated to fostering a love of learning, I nurture and challenge children to reach their full potential through strong relationships, high expectations, and inclusive, well-paced lessons tailored to individual needs. Currently serving as English Lead, I have also successfully led Numeracy, KS2 Phase, and EAL initiatives, alongside leading extra-curricular activities such as school performances and singing assemblies. Skilled Teacher with background in improving student performance. Focused on working with students, parents, colleagues and administrators alike to teach and motivate students.

I enjoy traveling to different parts of the world and experiencing the richness of other cultures. I am very active and have recently trained and ran a half marathon. Being a keen musician and playing both the piano and singing, I would love to be involved in singing assemblies and music clubs in school.
