Deputised for the OPD Manager during covid and reopened the OPD clinics on a staged basis maintaining safety and efficiency during the pandemic

followed strict regimes focused of PPE and handwashing/ alcohol gels and safe distancing

supported the team and the consultants during this process

set up and facilitated the use of the NHS audiology service to have clinics at spire to help with back flow of patient appointments
