Summary

I am a decisive, quick thinking, adaptable leader with proven organizational and communication skills, derived from a 28-year military service with the British Army, often working in difficult environments. Followed by a 15-year commercial career as a Management Accountant and a Manufacturing Operations Director, utilising key management and negotiation skills in a results and customer driven organisation. I consider handling pressure situations through a logical and considered approach to be my greatest assets. I am happiest working as part of a team, but am capable of being a lone worker when the situation warrants such.
