- In 2023 I decided to cease trading and look for a new opportunity
- Cars and clients I have been working with premium cars in the motor trade for most of my working life
- A er several the years in this industry, at the age of 27 a new and exciting opportunity was sought a er
- Gaining my full coach licence This new career in UK and International tourism developed as a
- Driver/guide initially with David Urquhart tours I progressed very quickly onto circuit tours of Scotland
- (10 Days) and 21 day tours of the UK both for Cosmos and Globus Travel (American/Canadian groups)
- In addition, I have worked on small Scottish Study tours in collaboration with great Blue Badge guides
- I developed a broad knowledge of many of our beautiful Islands with the respected Scottish travel
- Company DA Study Tours whilst my wife worked on the European tour circuit with the same firm
- For some time have been keen to get back in to tourism , ideally at the high end of small groups I loved the eclectic nature of the study tours which included working with Norwegian bee keepers on an Apiary tour, North American Academics to the Islands inc the Outer Hebrides, North and South Uist, Barra and Raasay etc and Slovenian Gynecologists on a discovery Journey of Distilleries ! What is not to like ! My experiences have taken me to the highest , and lowest quality of locations But for me , every job is a reflection of myself and the company I represent I was highly regarded for my presentation and ability to communicate at all levels
