I have worked at Johnsons for nearly 8 and a half years. I started as an agency driver, and have worked my way up to a senior driver. I feel the skills I have acquired by being a driver and now a senior driver, help me to fulfill my duties in a professional manner. I was singled out to be a senior driver my the transport manager as my work ethic stood out and he was impressed by what i was doing on a daily basis without even being asked to.

This all helps me to believe that i am ready for the next step in my career to be a transport supervisor, working directly beneath the transport manager.
