  • Responsible for all seasonal project delivery schedules, taking into account 5 regional maintenance depots, 2 rail yards, all operational functions and working alongside senior maintenance manager, continual readiness of fleet of 50+ seasonal rail vehicles
  • Principal point of contact with customer to ensure continually evolving operational requirements are fully understood, allowing personal lead to be taken in organisation of contract delivery
  • Monthly contracts reviews with customer to ensure KPI targets remain on track and assist in improvements to framework of all areas of seasonal delivery, including rail vehicle assets, maintenance depots, system processes, operational function & industry compliance
  • Responsible for the governance of all key project and business processes and procedures on the contract, including but not limited to, HSQE, training and competence, risk management, financial reporting & compliance to rail regulations
  • Supporting senior QS & financial teams in payment application data reviews
  • Key project manager each year for autumn readiness, including all depot and location enhancements and main point of contact to Network Rail advising on logistics to ensure delivery of their seasonal treatment requirements
