  • Oversee the management of mortgage arrears cases ensuring regulatory compliance, and that customers are treated fairly and in line with the Society's values.

  • Designed and implemented a credit training programme focused on raising the capability (knowledge, skills and competence) of all staff through strategic coaching and development activities.
