  • After Morrison's decided to sell their petrol forecourt business I decided to transfer to the new franchiser who purchased the business. Although the core duties are very similar to the previous owners , I have had to learn different operational systems and polices inline with the new owners particular specifications, this included Point of sale training, merchandising and promotional incentives. As I have experience in running the Retail side of the business I continue to train all new members of staff in the effective routines of running a retail business.
