  • Movies - Watching a film at home helps me to unwind. Not only that, but I also love a bit of movie trivia and like to research how a scene is made, when it's filmed, who stars in it and try to find any movie easter eggs.
  • Allotment - I grow my own crops. The perfectionist in me enjoys maintaining the plot and experimenting with what to grow and when in creating the ideal conditions for each various plant. I get my children involved in this, which they love, which demonstrates the values of hard work, love and attention to your craft and the satisfaction of the rewards it brings.

Community Involvement

I currently volunteer once a month at the Digital Drop-in sessions at Age UK. The duties involved giving support to people who are not confident with modern day technology such as smart phones, tablets, laptops etc. I provide support by gaining an understanding of each person's gained knowledge so far and determine what aspect of modern day technology are they struggling with, and then demonstrate how to use this affectively for their tailored needs.
