This was a 8 week course/bootcamp where I learnt the following:
-Introduction to Sales Engagement Platforms (SEP)
-CRM intro and best practice
-Time management for multi channel SDR'S
-Best practices across cold calling, video prospecting and cold emails
-Developed understanding of ICP, TAM's, building sequences, multi-channelled outreach, qualification frameworks and objection handling
-The training course was delivered from the top 1% of the SaaS industry. A mix of top performers and thought leaders.
- Learning the whole brand to begin with in order to solidify my understanding of the product
- RoboThink is a company that teaches programming, robotics, maths and science in a fun way through holiday camps and after school clubs.
- It was my job to sell memberships to parents to sign their kids up via cold calls and word of mouth referrals.
- I also worked as a tutor to further implement my knowledge in some of the club sessions and build rapport with my customers.
- Creating, establishing and maintaining relationships with the schools, parents and children.
- Help set up sessions and worked out of hours to ensure I knew the services inside out.
- Worked for the NHS through Sitel.
- Called around 300 people a day.
- Spoke to people who had Covid-19 as well as people who had been in contact in order to gather information.
- Filled in questionnaires and forms which could take from 15 - 45 minutes depending on details of individual.
- Built rapport with many people dealing with difficult situations enabling me to access information they didn't necessarily want to give at the time.
- Used clear communication, enthusiasm and genuineness to convert calls into successful notes.

· I enjoy listening to classical music which I use to enhance my vocal ability as I am also a singer (reciter) in many Mosques around the UK.
· A quote I love to stick by is “Family First”. I always give time to my family as I have been caring for my father from the age of 15 who has been diagnosed with PSP. Being a carer has matured me from a young age and built discipline which I output into my work lifestyle.
· I enjoy other activities such as writing poetry and composing my own music.
