I am a digital transformation and change professional with over six years’ experience delivering technology and operational improvements across membership, CRM and marketing environments. My background spans professional bodies, scale up organisations and global brands, where I’ve combined structured project delivery with hands-on operational leadership.
As Senior Projects & Change Manager at The Royal College of Occupational Therapists, I lead three core areas: the Project Management Office, the Membership Support function and CRM leadership. I oversee multiple teams and manage the full lifecycle of digital initiatives, including the delivery of MyRCOT a major transformation programme covering website redevelopment, a new member portal, Dynamics 365 CRM and payment integration.
Alongside project delivery, I am accountable for live service performance, ensuring systems, processes and membership operations run effectively day to day.
Earlier roles in startup and consultancy settings strengthened my experience in Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement and system implementation.
I hold an MSc in Project Management and a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Systems. I am known for building strong relationships, simplifying complexity and leading change in a practical, collaborative way.
I lead projects and operational improvements across digital systems and membership services, making sure both change initiatives and day today services run smoothly.
My role covers three key areas: the Project Management Office (PMO), the Membership Support function, and CRM leadership.
