Senior Demand, Change & Transformation Lead
• Responsible for developing and managing the Network Development (ND) Portfolio pipeline, encompassing the design, implementation, and oversight of Demand and Change initiatives. Collaborate with project initiators to evaluate requests and coordinate planning within the various ND portfolios.
• Accountable for establishing multi-year plans and strategies for Network Development by working closely with internal network teams, cross-functional groups within Vodafone, and key suppliers to deliver agreed outcomes and ensure benefit realisation.
• Tasked with designing and deploying an internal Demand & Change system to comprehensively assess demand through a transparent cost-benefit framework, supporting informed decision-making processes. Oversee the conversion of Demand & Change requirements into structured programmes of work, ensuring delivery of objectives.
• Develop performance KPIs for Demand & Change activities and monitor achievement against targets; proactively address performance gaps in partnership with internal teams to meet acceptable standards. Lead the establishment of the Portfolio Centre of Excellence (CoE), promoting best practices across all ND programmes and projects. The CoE is responsible for setting controls, policies, and strategies to deliver the pipeline within stipulated timeframes, budgets, and quality benchmarks, while achieving targeted benefits.
