Paul Martin

Approximately 20 years’ experience within the photocopier and print industry, building a long-standing engineering career covering a wide range of photocopiers, multifunction printers and print systems.

Spent approximately 15 years with the Photostatic Anglia LTD, developing extensive hands-on experience in the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of photocopiers and multifunction printers. Following the company's acquisition, I was retained as the sole engineer responsible for covering the whole of Norfolk for approximately five years.

This role required a high level of independence, organisation and responsibility, managing a substantial workload of service calls, installations and preventative maintenance visits across a large geographical area. Worked directly with customers and their IT departments, building strong working relationships while diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues.

I holds numerous manufacturer and industry-specific technical certifications and training certificates across Sharp, Lexmark and Riso equipment. Certifications cover mechanical engineering, servicing and fault diagnosis, as well as IT, networking, software and print systems. I maintain ongoing technical training to remain up to date with new equipment, technologies and industry developments.
