Advocate, 2005-07, 2011-11, Worked as a volunteer Advocate. This saw me making phonecalls every other week and visits every three weeks to an adult with a learning disability. I provided support, which required good skills in listening, understanding as well as making use of my communication skills as well as the ability to plan and meet the individual’s needs.
