To set up feed for board making sure correct size and flute for job, change print stereo's, wash up and change inks, packing jobs to customer requirements and quality check print and board.

Assist printer with washups and make ready's, to set up feed to press, keeping machine feed running with minimum stops, use pile turner to put boards onto correct pallets for presses, check board is fit for purpose, scan all board onto computer system, and maintain stock management, use ride on pallet truck to move stock, ensure sufficient chemicals present.

• Set up and running of Gallus RCS 330 10 station combination printing press including, flexo, rotary screen, hot-foil, cold-foil, peel and read labels, laminating, rotary die cutting and set up using EyeC system. Quality control, trouble shooting and problem solving. Passing colour with an Xrite spectophotometer and also by eye to meet customer standards. Implementing and following the 5's.

• Set up and running of reel to reel Nilpeter combination printing press including, offset litho, rotary screen, flexo, hot-foil, cold-foil, laminating, rotary die cutting and set up using AVT system. Quality control, trouble shooting and problem solving. Passing colour with a spectophotometer and also by eye to meet customer standards. Implementing and following the 5's.

• Set up and running of reel to reel Nilpeter combination press, consisting of hot-foil, litho offset, screen, flexo, laminating and die cutting. Quality control and problem solving. Matching colour and setting registration to customer standards.

• Colour matching. Quality control, stock control and ink mixing. Set up and implement new systems to improve day to day running of the ink room.

• Making print plates, ink mixing, colour matching of UV and LR inks. Quality control, stock control, problem solving and day to day supervision of the department.
