This role has involved every aspect of property redevelopment alongside the completion of various home improvement and landscaping projects from design to finish.

All electrical, plumbing, general building works as required for the completion of the projects undertaken. Management of labour/trades as required, self motivation and the ability to problem solve on a daily basis essential. Responsible for financial budgeting/planing of projects to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability of in house projects.

PDA European Ltd was set up in 2004 as small European Transport company. As company director responsible for the daily business finances and general viability.

As registered transport manager, compliance, health & safety, day to day planing and driver management covered. Ensuring safe and punctual collection and delivery of customers goods utilising the various company vehicles across Scandinavia & Europe was achieved.

Safe delivery of Kitchen units across the UK achieved by adhering strictly to traffic laws.

Maintained vehicle cleanliness for professional representation of company.

Completed long-distance hauls with consistent punctuality.

Checked vehicle before each shift, ensuring safety on the road.

Position involved traveling around Europe installing and removing mobile homes for various UK based holiday companies.

During September to January I would work in a team of 2 decommissioning and uninstalling mobile homes all over mainland Europe with a base in the Vendee, France which we shared with 4 other install teams. January to June we would install and commissioning new homes ready for the coming holiday season. During the summer month general maintenance duties were undertaken where necessary.

The job involved being away for up to 6 months at a time traveling Europe and being responsible for a fully equipped 4x4 and 2 tonne trailer full of the necessary equipment.
