Patrick is an incredibly hardworking individual, who has consistently displayed an outstanding attitude to his work in lessons. As a result of this I awarded Patrick the highest attitude to learning grade in every data entry point in the two years of his GCSE study. Patrick has also shown excellent teamworking skills, he is able to carefully listen to others and work with them to solve complex problems. For example, in preparation for his final Further Maths assessments Patrick was able work through very difficult exam questions with other students, listening to their ideas and actively contributing to the solution. On a personal level, Patrick is an extremely trustworthy individual who has excellent communication skills. Patrick was always showed initiative in the lessons, helping with the distribution of resources and I was very much impressed by the conversations which I often had with Patrick in lessons.
