Second-year LLB Law student at Brunel University London, who came through a foundation year in law and has built on it steadily, taking on mooting, volunteering and legal research alongside my degree. Fluent in English, Farsi and Swedish. I am comfortable communicating across languages and cultures, and through volunteering I have worked with university students, school pupils and community groups. I have argued legal points before moot panels, researched case law and legislation on Westlaw, and I am confident speaking in front of people and thinking on my feet. I am seeking a placement year at a law firm where I can take on real responsibility, learn quickly and add value to the team.
