- Due to COVID-19 I unfortunately missed out on my work experience placement. I would have liked to complete my work experience in a customer - facing role as I enjoy interacting and communicating with other people.
- I have worked at PCL MAN truck and bus. I started as a parts apprentice helping customers with orders and parts they need.
- Also helping workshop with there parts they need and taking orders from customers over the phone, picking all the parts that are needed. Putting stock away in the morning.
- While i was a parts apprentice i got fork lift trained.
- While i was at PCL i got moved to work as parts admin booking in stock and other paperwork and dealing with other paperwork. Sorting out all the cash payments made by customers.
