Summary

I am a proficient newly qualified general practitioner with excellent clinical and organisational skills along with a solid foundation in obstetrics and gynaecology. My passion for women's health led me to pursue postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology following my MBBS in India. After relocating to the UK, I undertook a clinical attachment in O&G, which enhanced my understanding of the NHS and supported my successful attainment of the MRCOG. My NHS experience highlighted the value of continuity and holistic care in general practice, inspiring me to pursue GP training.

I embraced the challenges of full time training, supported by excellent mentors and colleagues, and found great satisfaction in delivering comprehensive, patient centred care. I am a valuable team member, work well in a multidisciplinary team and am skilled at establishing enduring, trustworthy relationships with patients. As a Salaried GP, I aim to contribute to a progressive, patient focused practice, support clinical governance, and ensure continuity of care within the community. I am looking for a job closer to home though been trained in Staffordshire and offered a position in my training surgery which requires considerable commute.
