

Training in Cumbria has given me valuable experience in delivering high-quality care with limited resources. It has strengthened my ability to work efficiently, adapt to challenges, and provide patient-centred care in a busy primary care setting.
While I am at the beginning of my career as an independent GP, I bring enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. I am committed to continuous learning and professional development, and I actively seek opportunities to improve my knowledge and clinical practice.
I take a meticulous approach to my work, value being a supportive member of the team, and am always willing to help colleagues when needed. I also have a keen interest in quality improvement and look forward to contributing to projects that enhance patient care and improve service delivery.
My rotations included ; Accident and Emergency, Psychiatry, and rural surgeries in West Cumbria.
● I have good communication skills both with patients and other members of the team, effectively utilising and appreciating verbal and non-verbal cues in the work environment
● I have years of Leadership experience in the health sector where I have advocated for improved well-being of the groups I represented I am also a good team player demonstrating skills like adaptability, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
● I am well versed in the use of relevant IT platforms (EMIS) for day-to-day GP consultation and administrative workload
