A key member of the Power and Low Carbon Solutions team, where I currently lead the Long Duration Energy Storage (LDES) & system operability proposition for our Great Britain and Irish power markets.

Lead key transaction advisory projects in the flexibility space. Some examples include:

• The delivery of Baringa's sell-side engagement as market advisor to Brookfield on the sale of their 25% stake in the First Hydro Pumped Hydro assets. Transaction was successful, with CDPQ acquiring Brookfield's stake for about £500m.
• Led the asset modelling mandate on a debt raise exercise for one of the largest battery energy storage developer in Great Britain. Debt raise was successful with our client able to raise £147m in debt financing.
• Helped a couple of project developers raise debt funding for several synchronous condenser projects under the NESO Stability Pathfinder 1 & 2 rounds as well as win competitive bids in the Irish SEM market under the Low Carbon Inertia Service (LCIS) procurement round.

Managing and training colleagues withing the flexibility team and the wider Business Unit on flexible assets and power market modelling capabilities. Mentoring colleagues on their personal and professional development (Currently an advisor to two junior colleagues).

Project manager responsible for techno-economic optimisation of energy systems as well as energetic simulation and assessment of solar PV assets. Key projects included:

• Project manager on the energy system modelling & design on the Red Sea infrastructure project where ILF were the technical consultants. Project involved the development of the entire energy system for a multi-billion dollar hyper luxury resort in Saudi Arabia, spread over and area equivalent to the size of Belgium. Facility will run on 100% renewable energy from a mix of Solar PV, Onshore wind, batteries and biofuel peaker plants. Project delivery was successful and the client awarded ILF a very similar scope of work on the AMAALA Infrastructural Project. I also functioned as a project manager here.
• Business development activities including searching and identifying opportunities and leads for various solar PV projects. Helped ILF acquire new clients in Africa, particularly the West African Power Pool (WAPP) where we were successful on 2 large scale Solar PV project in The Gambia & Niger, both funded by the World Bank.

Project engineer within the mechanical engineering department. Worked on a key project for Exxon Mobil. Project involved the installation of 2 x 25MW Siemens Gas Turbines. My task included detailed engineering design, owners engineering services, EPC supervision and technical redline coordination.

Intern within the environmental team responsible for environmental evaluations on various energy facilities withing the southern region of Nigeria.
