• In my Aspirations Employability Portfolio, I planned the production of a board game for our team project. This has helped to develop my planning and leadership skills
• In my Sports Leadership Initiative, I was chosen to coach in a Primary school festival in which I refereed matches. This has helped to develop my organizational skills as I was able to support, supervise and guide the groups to manage them effectively
• In addition to this, I also arranged football drills for Year 7s which was crucial to my coursework in Sports Studies as we put our leadership skills to the test, which would help me to become a driven person who takes initiatives to complete work
