· Assist clients with daily personal care routines such as bathing, laying of bed, dressing up, laundry, keeping the home clean and clear of clutter

· Changing pads and keeping the bottom dry to prevent bedsores or nappy rash.

· Assist clients in moving from bed to the wheelchair with the aid of both ceiling hoist and mobile hoist

· Feed the clients through the PEG tube

· Tracheostomy care including tracheostomy tube changes, tape changes, foam dressing and neck ulcer management.

· Trained in Tracheostomy and PEG button changes

· Gastrostomy stoma care making sure stoma site is clean, dry and monitored for infection

· Change the gastrostomy tube and the water in the balloon

· Provide massage therapy to clients for deep relaxation

· Administer medication and water flush through the PEG tube.

· Suction the clients through the trachea site.

· Adhering to the client’s care plan to give the right level of care that aligns with their needs

· Engage clients with media devices like the television for entertainment and eye gaze for learning.

· Provide support to client to access the community like Willow Park day center and Education ( Shorefields School)

· Assist clients with daily care routines such as bathing, laying of bed, getting dressed, oral hygiene, keeping the environment clean and safe

· Assist clients with feeding and administering medications

· Changing of pads and keeping the bottom dry

· Seizure management and administering buccal midazolam

· Toilet assist and cough assist with chest decompression with massage

· Help with stretches and massage to relieve tight and stiff muscles

· Coordinating patient care with other healthcare providers including nurses and physicians

· Sensitizing patients about health tips and demonstrating empathy and active listening skills.

· Adhering to professional standards

· Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the administrative department including managing budget, staffing and resources.

· Managing relationships with external partners such as vendors and service providers

· Ensuring that the administrative team is well-trained and equipped to provide excellent support to the company

· Scheduling meetings, preparing reports and handling confidential information.
