
Currently I am working part-time alongside studying for my A-level exams in a customer service role. I have excelled in this role for the past 2 years and have gained myself a wide range of transferable skills along the way, which I believe to be beneficial for the role of cabin crew. Within my position, I always remain professional and approachable whilst ensuring the satisfaction of the customer is always the main priority. My warm and welcoming approach ensures that customers feel comfortable in my presence and therefore satisfied with my service. My passion for providing excellent customer service always shines through and is something I wish to continue to provide in my future professional roles.
During my role as a Front of House Team Member at The Manvers Arms, I have received multiple acts of recognition from my management. An example of this would be being awarded ‘Employee of the month’. This award meant a lot to me as it made it clear to me that my skills and work are appreciated and that I am fit well to my role in customer service.
