A Customer and Business Development professional with experience in building, driving and reporting on a product led growth sales strategy aimed at Healthcare Marketing agencies and Market Research companies in the US Market. Designed to identify all types of healthcare authors from HCPs, Patients, KOLs, DOLs within vast volumes of data to bring forward actionable intelligence and insight for the Pharmaceutical Industry using proprietary AI, ML & NLP models. Talking Medicines is a start up company founded in 2013, I have been on the journey since 2020 to find product market fit.

  • Created and developed our launch strategy for PatientMetRx® in 2020.
  • Worked closely with product development team to find a gap in the market and evolve the PatientMetRx® product to suit the industry needs.
  • A key influencer in driving business for Talking Medicines proprietary product PatientMetRx®.
  • Built 3000+ list of target contacts manually through searching on LinkedIn which has now become the companies crucial 'Black Box' of contacts.
  • Identifying the key influencers, players and thought leaders within the Healthcare Marketing Agency industry in the US.
  • Became Gold Winners at the PM360 Trailblazer Awards in NYC 2023.
  • Lead on managing our CRM system to help track leads through the Lifecycle stages to close.
  • Help to manage our Marketing team to build content that resonates with our customers and target market.
  • Report directly to CEO and COO on daily activities, metrics and successes.
  • Host our monthly LinkedIn Lives to help generate new leads.
  • Generate impactful email campaigns on a weekly basis to help fill the sales funnel and assist Marketing with our Monthly Newsletter.
  • Expanded into US in 2021. HQ in Glasgow and second office in New Jersey. Required to be in the US every few months to meet clients.

I began my journey at Talking Medicines as a Project Intern while in my second year at university.

  • Identifying all key social care companies within the United Kingdom.
  • Building buyer personas.
  • Built outreach strategy for the project to find our targeted leads on LinkedIn and social care websites.
  • Run the outbound Sales strategy by calling and emailing all identified leads within social care across the country.
  • Pitch Talking Medicines Care Connect Call app designed within the pandemic to drive change in social care, health care, medicines supply, delivery and support through a secure video calling app.
  • Reporting directly to one of the founders and CEO.
  • The project was extended until I was offered a full-time job launching the new PatientMetRx® product late 2020.
