I was initially recruited to increase gym membership numbers, but the role quickly expanded into more of a management position. Key elements of my role were:

• Responsible for achieving the budget.
• Inducting and training staff.
• Day-to-day staff and roster management.
• Daily reporting to senior management, including the extraction and presentation of data.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Management of front-of-house display.
• EOD cash reconciliation.
• Training and induction of new team members.

• Document control within the engineering department.
• Responding to & delivering information requests from senior management.
