I am a recent Biology graduate from the University of Bristol, completing the course with a high second-class honours (first division). As a dedicated and highly organised professional, I have developed a strong foundation in customer service through roles in retail and hospitality, with a passion for ensuring high-quality customer experience. From my years of experience in the hospitality and retail sector, I excel in environments that require strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
