About Me
I am a motivated and hardworking individual with strong academic achievements, having achieved nearly all A grades at GCSE. Outside of work, I am dedicated to self-improvement through sports such as golf and going to the gym, which have taught me discipline, focus, and commitment. My work experience includes over a year at Under Armour in Bicester Village, where I developed excellent customer service and communication skills; administrative experience at Reeds Solicitors in Kidlington, where I learned professionalism, organisation, and attention to detail; and a short placement at the Innovation Building in Oxford, where I gained insight into building management and teamwork. These roles have given me confidence in adapting to different environments and reinforced the importance of professionalism, reliability, and strong social skills. I am now looking to expand my skills further, take on new challenges, and progress into a more professional career path.
Sales Floor Experience
Delivered consistent, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced retail environment, supporting key KPIs including conversion rate, UPT, and ATP. Actively engaged customers to identify needs and recommend suitable products, supporting sales growth and maximising basket value. Maintained strong product availability and shop-floor standards, responding quickly to replenishment needs to minimise lost sales. Worked efficiently during peak trading periods, balancing customer service with operational tasks to support overall store performance
Stockroom & Operations Experience
Regularly supported upstairs stockroom operations during high-demand trading periods, demonstrating urgency, flexibility, and strong organisational skills. Completed RFID training and supported inventory accuracy through RFID counts and refill lists, prioritising replenishment to maintain on-floor availability and support store performance and bonus outcomes. Assisted with high-volume delivery put-away, efficiently processing large quantities of units to meet tight timelines and trading needs. Gained experience using SAP to complete inventory repricing tasks and system-based stock adjustments. Worked closely with both sales floor and stockroom teams to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive team environment.
Administrative work
I gained practical administrative experience during a short-term role at Reeds Solicitors in Kidlington. My responsibilities included handling professional correspondence, managing and sending emails, and preparing letters for clients, including those in custody. I also used Excel to track tasks and accurately record my working hours, building confidence in organisation and data handling. This role strengthened my attention to detail, understanding of confidentiality, and ability to communicate clearly and professionally within a legal office environment.
Workplace observer
Completed a two-day work experience placement with University of Oxford in collaboration with Novo Nordisk, gaining insight into facilities management and daily operations. Observed professional working practices, health and safety procedures, and the importance of teamwork and proactive problem-solving in a professional environment.
