Oliver Patrick

I have worked in a variety of roles including local neighborhood policing, emergency response, public order, intelligence development and covert policing. Some of my achievements include;

• Leading a manhunt for a male wanted for a series of serious sexual assaults, working alongside multiple other police departments to quickly arrest the male, preventing further offences and getting justice for victims.
• Providing emergency first aid to a victim of a serious, gang related assault whilst facing extreme hostility during Notting Hill Carnival.
• Leading a team of officers to conduct a successful armed arrest of a male, suffering from a mental health crisis who had threatened to harm members of the public, police officers and himself with weapons.
• Protecting a vulnerable female and child from a threatening neighbour by working closely with multiple external agencies to resolve the ongoing issues
• Policing a number of high profile hostile protests involving multiple groups.

• Enhanced customer engagement by offering product knowledge and advice during tasting sessions
• Managed stock level for effective store operation.
• Proactively built and maintained relationships with both private and commercial customers to held drive sales
• Listened to customer needs and preferences to provide targeted advice, increasing sales opportunities.
• Assisted customers to make informed purchasing decisions.

• Supported the medical staff by collecting analytical data from players to establish their current physical condition.
• Deliver personalised strength and conditioning sessions to first and youth team players
• Deliver warm-ups and provide match day support to the medical team.
