For my current role as a Senior Event Consultant:
I like to keep fit and use the gym three or four times a week which aligns with my drive to be a better version of myself everyday in all aspects.
I have played rugby since I was 5 and very much enjoy team environments.
Currently, I am recovering from an ACL surgery which resulted in me going sober for an extended period during recovery. I am fully mobile and enjoy a dedicated to the rehab process involving regular stretching and an S&C program.
I produce my own music in my spare time. This has helped me learn more skills then i would have imaged when i started including basic marketing skills, outsourcing work, networking with peers, collaboration, financial literacy, goal setting, patience and detail emphasis.
I can play a variety of musical instruments including guitar, bass, ukulele as well as software instruments.
Two of my tracks have been played on ‘BBC RADIO INTRODUCING’ and to date I have made over 150 full tracks.
I have represented Dorset & Wiltshire at county level and had the honour of captaining the side at one point in the pathway.
