Oliver Kennard

I am a very hard working, commited and reliable individual who is seeking a first part-time job. I am eager to gain new skills and experience within retail or catering within the public sector. I am very adaptable to taking on new challenges, I use my initiative to complete tasks in order to achieve the best outcomes. I work well both indepedantly and within a team and I was able to enhance my skills when I completed the Duke of Edingborough award. at school. I take responsibility very seriously and have excellent time management skills. I am able to be very flexiable with my working hours, my only commitment currently is college, which I attend three days a week.

• Whilst at school I recieved the Jack Petchy speak out challenge award. I was very proud of this as it has given me the ability to gain confidence in public speaking.
• I did the Duke of Edingborough award, this enabled me to take on new challenges. I took part in team working and communication activities and gained independance in decision making, prioritising tasks and managing deadlines.

I really enjoy cooking for my family and trying out new reciepes and experimenting. I go out with my friends and we like trying out new activities. In my spare time I like to create and design games on my computer.
