As a flexible member of Mary's an LGBTQ+ venue, I aim to keep a high level of professionalism no matter what situation I find myself. There is an amazing atmosphere at this venue therefor conveying a friendly and high energy deminer is key to driving sales on the bar. I love working to make each customers night the best that they could have had, with brilliant service and amazing drink (cocktail) recommendations.

As a flexible member of The Corner House (a premium country pub), I aim to keep the highest levels of professionalism at all times. This is a premium sector within that Mitchells & Butlers collective therefor I had to have the knowledge of the wines and preferred parings with the food, to learn all the cocktail specs and execute everything to a premium standard with the added friendliness of the idea of a pub. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for me. I love to give each customer the best experience that they can have under my care. I managed table settings for the bookings and worked with numbers between 2 and 20 people in a booking to a high standard. Due to my attitude towards the work I showed, I was a valued member of the team at The Corner House.
