In July of 2019 I embarked a two week expidition to Costa Rica, as part of the World Challenge charity scheme. On this trip we endured a 4 day trek through the rainforest and helped out in the local comminity, including rebuilding turtle habitats and assissting convicts in rehabilitation with community service in the town of Golfito.
